Yes, if you feel that your current coach isnât the right fit for you, you can request to change coaches at any time. Coaching is a personal experience, and itâs important that you feel comfortable and supported. Simply reach out, and weâll help you find a coach who better aligns with your needs and preferences. Just be honest, and tell your existing coach that you would like to meet someone else, and they will provide further instructions.
If you canât attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule it as long as you notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us maintain flexibility for everyone involved. If a session is canceled with less notice, it may be counted as a completed session, depending on the policy. Please reach out to your coach to make adjustments in a timely manner.
